Switched at Birth

I have recently stumbled upon an interesting television show that I have enjoyed watching. It is an ABC Family show called, "Switched at Birth." Other than it being a typical family drama, it has an interesting twist that has definitely opened my eyes. Half of the cast of this show are played by deaf actors and they spend a majority of the show signing. Watching the actors signing makes for a very interesting twist. It leaves a lot of silent time in scenes. I am thinking that I wouldn't mind having times in my day where no one spoke. There is always something. People wake up to an alarm, then they get up and let the news and weather come across the radio as they prepare for the day. Next they get in their cars and turn on the radio. They arrive at their job and they have to listen to clients all day, or take phone calls. There is always constant noise. I would love if I could get an hour a day of silence. Just no noise.
