Lazy Slackers

I work with lazy slackers. I feel that there are very few people that I work with that give 100%. I would love to see everyone give 110%, but sadly I am happy when I see everyone give 75%. A large problem that I have (and has always had) is that I am always doing everyone else's work. Part of me volunteers because I am helpful and the other part of me volunteers because I am always interested to learn everything about my work place.
It has come to a point where my work is starting to suffer because I am busy helping everyone else. It saddens me that I have to now step back and hope that everyone can manage on their own. It has come to a point where I do more work that is outside of my job then I spend on my own tasks.

I have been asked to put together a list of suggestions that I believe would help my work place run more smoothly. I am sitting here now thinking.....and I have to think, "Is everything I put on this list going to end up in my lap?" or "Will these now become my responsibilities?" I will make the list, but I am unsure as what to do with it.
