I know that it is only February, but it is only a few months before summer vacation planning starts. In preparation for this, I am already receiving request for the worst vacation ever. The worst vacation to me is a beach vacation. Sadly, this is my wife's favorite vacation and generally the cheapest vacation. It has been quite sometime since our last beach vacation, so I am sure that this summer will be a beach vacation. I really do not mind, I just like to complain. :) In researching for this vacation, I ran across a recent news article that says that Vitamin D obtained from sensible sun exposure can help decrease the risk of strokes.
