Cars

At the age of 25, I would venture to say that I have been through more cars than most people. My current car has made an interesting noise for the last year or so that has made me question the lifespan of this vehicle. It has become increasingly worse in the last week and I fear the worst. I dropped my car off yesterday to find out the problem and I am hoping that it is anything other than the transmission. For some reason, the cars' transmissions always seems to be the first thing to go. Seeing as I already rebuilt this transmission once-which cost a small fortune-I do not plan on putting that much money back into this car. In preparation for this, I have been looking for cars online. I think I have found the car that I would like to purchase, but in looking around I ran across the Telsa Model X. An electric SUV for $60,000! With the constant work on graphene and its application to batteries, a longer battery in a vehicle with this caliber of luxury would be awesome. A SUV that doesn't use a drop of gas. As far as I know, most people are weary of SUVs because of their high consumption of gas.

As much as I would love to see myself behind the wheel of this car, I never foresee myself spending that much on a car. I will have to "settle" for now on a car less luxurious that runs on good ole fossil fuels. Truth be told, I have ALWAYS hated my current car. I originally purchased it in 2007 and have pushed it off on my wife as much as possible. She got the last car because it was nicer and I was stuck once again with the 'green machine'. As much as I would hate to spend money on a new car, part of me cannot wait until the day I finally get rid of this car. I always say, "It will either break down today, or I will be doomed to drive this car for another ten years."
